First Meeting

We’ll hop on a call where we’ll chat about your project and what exactly you need.

Then I’ll send you a scope of work and a contract, so you can look over the deliverables and the timelines.

Once the 50% deposit is made, we can begin!

Market Research

I’ll start the research process to get clear on your ideal customer and understand their pains, fears and desires.

I’ll also carefully review online customer reviews, both for your business and for similar services and products to get precious voice-of-customer data.

First Draft

Once I’ve completed my first draft, I’ll send it over to you for review.

I’ll then implement your feedback while I work on the revisions (up to 2 revisions).

Remaining 50% of payment is required after you receive the first draft.

Launch

After the copy is approved, we’re ready for launch!

I’ll also request a testimonial from you about how smooth you found the process of working with me.
